Once you have ordered your artwork please email me your photos to pawandbrushartwork@gmail.com or whatsapp to 07875744814.

Please send over 2-3 photos - clear, well-lit photos taken at eye level work best. Natural daylight shows true fur colours and subtle expressions that make your portrait truly personal. Please ensure the pet's full face and neck are featured.

If you do not have a good quality image, please send over what you do have and I will do my best to work with this. Pleas bear in mind that my portraits are best with a good quality image.

Yes, I can paint multiple pets or family members from separate photographs into one seamless composition.

With my Storybook family paintings I prefer to paint as I see you and the scenery in the photo you send.

Custom artwork typically takes approx. 2 weeks complete before dispatch.

At Christmas time I will close when I am full for Christmas commissions. I work extra hours to allow my turnaround to be quicker.

Every original painting and print is carefully packaged and posted 48 hours tracked postage unless stated otherwise.

I offer worldwide postage.

All artwork includes complimentary framing unles requested not to.

Custom & Bespoke Artwork

Prints & Greeting Cards

Because custom pet portraits and personalized family illustrations are individually hand-painted to order from your photographs, bespoke commissions are non-refundable once painting has commenced.

Non-bespoke items including standard art prints and greeting cards can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in original, unused condition and packaging.

For orders damaged during transit or specific questions regarding an ongoing commission, please reach out directly with your order number and photo details.
